Over 20 Years in the Childcare Industry
Cherry Bridge Station is dedicated to providing early learning opportunities while offering a full network of support to children and their families. Childcare experts have carefully developed each aspect of Cherry Bridge Station and the programs designed by CBS are constantly evolving to meet the requirements of the Australian Early Years Learning Framework.
Debbie Pham and Anthony Cannell co-founded Cherry Bridge Station. Debbie’s skills range from the day-to-day operations of the corporate and franchise owned centres, to the design and creation of the childcare systems implemented at CBS.
During the last 15 years, Debbie owned and developed her own group of childcare centres. She has extensively coached and conducted workshops on the strict regulatory and government legislated laws and guidelines for the childcare sector throughout Australia.
Debbie is an active member of the Childcare Association NSW, the Department of Education and Children’s Services, Griffith University and the Franchise Council Australia.
Anthony Cannell has held extensive senior and executive management roles in the Australian and International corporate business sector and has a profound knowledge of the development of global businesses.
Cherry Bridge Station has now become Australia’s number one childcare provider operating state of the art early learning and childcare centres that are equipped to meet the ever-changing demands of today’s families and they boast the very best educators and resources.
The Cherry Bridge Station ideology is to provide a caring environment that supports families while encouraging children to reach their full potential. The children in our care are afforded the opportunity to engage in self-initiated play based learning activities. We believe that this is the most effective way for children to realize their intellectual, social and emotional capabilities.
For every child we offer a consistent and age appropriate educational program and each Cherry Bridge Station learning centre is designed to feel like a child’s home away from home.
We want our children to embrace their own unique qualities in an environment that welcomes eagerness and curiosity. We encourage creative thinking and children are invited to make choices for themselves, with time to reflect and explore.
Education is a journey and no two journeys should be the same. At Cherry Bridge Station we like our families to share their culture, languages, routines and experiences. Each centre is a hub in the community and families can participate and share decision making roles. Our families can even join in with the many activities included in our calendar of events.
Together we want to make each and every journey interesting and rewarding, so that every child can reach their destination full of hope and promise for the future.
